ILMH comprises a Steering Group, supported by three sub-groups: the Masters programmes' team; the Leadership & Management Short Courses & CPD team and the Research and Consultancy/Postgraduate Research training team.

Kingston University
The Business School of Kingston University is one of the largest educational
resources for industry and the professions in the United Kingdom. It comprises over 100 professors and lecturers, 50 administrators and technicians.
KU courses are accredited by a number of professional bodies:
- The Kingston Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) is recognised by the Chartered Institute of Directors
- The Kingston Masters in Business Administration (MBA) has run for more than 25 years and is accredited by the international body, The Association of MBAs (AMBA)
- The Business School has Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development ‘Centre of Excellence’ recognition.
The Business School works in partnership with clients from both the private and public sectors. Recent partners include: British Aerospace, British Telecom, Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust, The Learning and Skills Council, The Royal Borough of Kingston, Thames Water Utilities, WA Atkins, Warner Bros and WHSmith.
Collaboration ranges from participation in customised versions of Open Learning programmes, to a wide range of training and development activities tailored for specific organisational needs. In particular, The Business School has extensive experience of working on healthcare related issues with NHS based managers on its Masters courses.

Royal Holloway
The School of Management at RHUL is the largest department in the college with 70 academic staff, 1,000 undergraduate, 200 postgraduate students and some 40 doctoral students.
The School runs AMBA accredited MBA programmes, including a course specificially for public sector employees. The Centre for Public Service Organisations within the School of Management is a leading research centre for public management, specialising in organisational change, organisational learning, and decision-making, with a key focus on UK and international healthcare organisations.
In the 2001 RAE, the School was rated 4B which recognised: ‘Quality that equates to attainable levels of national excellence in virtually all of the research activity submitted, showing evidence of international excellence’.
