Who are we?

The SouthWest London Academic Network is a strategic alliance between St George’s, University of London, Royal Holloway, University of London and Kingston University. The alliance is governed by a Board of Management with representatives from each participating university.

What data do we collect?

For the administration of events and newsletter distribution we may collect personal and/or professional contact information from you. You can later request to have this information modified or removed from our systems.

Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.

Contacts database

The alliance does maintain a database of professional contacts, which we use to store information about organisations and people who may wish to receive information about the alliance or attend one of our events. If you wish to have your information removed please contact enquiries@swlacademicnetwork.ac.uk

Attendance lists for events

To facilitate networking we do provide attendants at our events with a printed list of the names of those who participated along with their job title, institution and email. If you do not wish these details to be made public to other participants then please contact enquiries@swlacademicnetwork.ac.uk
